Heaton Street Medical Centre

A new 2350m² two storey Medical Facility in Heaton Street Timaru, built in 2016. The build consisted of major earthworks to bench a level building platform on a sloping site. The building has an on-ground concrete floor slab with extensive foundation beams, steel portal framing with various gable roofs, suspended concrete mid floor and steel roofing. The exterior cladding is a mixture of stack bond concrete block, Coloursteel euro-tray and coloured aluminium composite panelling.

Interior fit-outs were also completed for two tenants on the ground floor with potential tenants to be confirmed for the 1st floor.

The facility was designed and project managed by NB Architects from Timaru.
